Is Breast Thermography an Effective Cancer Control?
I was putting off doing the recommended yearly mammogram control, as I was searching for an alternative diagnostic test that was non-invasive and would not expose me to unnecessary radiation. Looking at the pros and cons between mammography and thermography, I finally opted for the later. My results were reported quickly by certified doctors and included all colour images taken during your test
Thermography is an extremely valuable test to help in the early detection of breast disease and increase chances of detecting the proliferation of abnormal cell at an early stage. Whereas traditional mammography will only show proliferation of abnormal cells at a later stage, when they are in the millions.

What is thermography or DITI?
Digital infrared thermal imaging is a 15 minutes non-invasive test of physiology. It is a valuable procedure for alerting your doctor to changes that can indicate early stage breast disease.
The benefit of doing a breast thermography testing is that it offers the opportunity for earlier detection of breast disease than has been possible through self-breast examination, doctor examination or mammography alone.
DITI detects the subtle physiologic changes that accompany breast pathology, whether it is cancer, fibrocystic disease, an infection or a vascular disease. Your doctor can them plan accordingly and lay out a careful program to further diagnose and monitor you during and after any treatment.
DITI can detect and record physiological changes years before there is any clinical evidence of disease. Being able to identify and monitor suspicious changes at a very early stage give us the opportunity for intervention and far greater treatment options.
- Non-Invasive
- No radiation
- Painless
- No contact, no compression
This quick and easy test starts with your medical history being taken before your partially undress for the scanning. This 1st session provides the baseline of your “Thermal Signature”.
A subsequent session assures that the patterns remain unchanged.
WHO should do a Breast thermography?
All women can benefit from thermography breast screening. However, it is specially appropriated for younger women (30-50) whose denser breast tissue makes it more difficult for mammography to be effective. Also for women of all ages who, for many reasons, are unable to undergo routine mammography. This test can provide a ‘clinical marker’ to the doctor mammography that a specific area of the breast needs particular close examination.
It takes years for a tumor to grow thus the earliest possible indication of abnormality is needed to allow for the earliest possible treatment and intervention. DITI’s role in monitoring breast health is to help in early detection and monitoring of abnormal physiology.

Thermography is an extremely valuable test to help in the early detection of breast disease and increase your chances of detecting the proliferation of abnormal cell at an early stage.
DITI ‘s role is breast cancer, and other breast disorders are to help in early detection and monitoring of abnormal physiology and the establishment of risk factors for the development or existence of cancer.
When used with other procedures the best possible evaluation of breast health is made.
You can protect your body from hormone sensitive breast cancer by using trans dermal progesterone. Natural Progesterone therapy triggers the p53 genes that send a message to abnormal cells to die and is known to decrease the cell proliferation rate by >400%.
